Our cast aluminium 'Tierra' bracketŽ is the main feature of this staircase. We have concentrated on the shape of the bracket as we feel this is what makes us unique in the world of spiral stairs.

The Tierra bracket not only fulfills its function but also lends itself to the overall flow of the stair.

The brackets are available in a number of finishes including:

Mirror Polish
Satin Polish - a brushed matt finish
Powder Coated - to any RAL colour.

TREADS
A number of tread options are available. We offer laminated beech treads which are manufactured from 10% compressed board making them incredibly hardwearing.
For those that would like a different wood finish we also offer a 'composite' tread, this uses a beech plywood core and is finished with constructional veneer to give the appearance of a solid hardwood tread. This construction method eliminates the possibility of warping and bowing that may occur with a solid tread. Composite treads are available in most hardwoods including Oak, Cherry and Maple.

A discreet aluminium nosing is provided on the leading edge of each tread to reduce wear.

For an ultra modern appearance we can provide clear acrylic treads, incorporating non-slip aluminium inserts.

HANDRAIL
Our standard handrail is available in a choice of solid hardwoods to compliment the stair treads and landings. This high quality helical handrail has a 45mm diameter section.

A 42mm diameter stainless steel handrail is also available. This is welded and polished to avoid any dry joints. Stainless steel handrails can be mirror or satin polished. (We do not recommend the use of powder coating on handrails due to the risk of damage to the finished surface).

BALUSTRADE AND GUARDRAIL
The standard staircase balustrade consists of either polished stainless steel or powder coated mild steel tubular uprights. These can be either mirror polished, satin polished or powder coated to any RAL colour to compliment your choice of brackets.

Guardrails are available to the same specifications as the balustrade, they are supplied complete with a matching floor nosing as standard and can be provided in curved or straight runs to suit.

A Bespoke guardrail is also offered, with toughened glass panels supporting either a stainless steel or hardwood handrail.

LANDINGS
The landing forms an integral part of the staircase design. They are generally supplied to match the treads and are fixed to the existing floor structure, connecting to the stairs via the top bracket.
